The Southwell School Association (SSA) usually hosts a number of events during the School year to bring our community together, promote fellowship amongst parents and staff, and raise funds to benefit present and future students.
In the Covid-19 circumstances, the SSA has not held some of the events it would usually hold in terms 1 and 2 this year. At this stage we anticipate that some events will be possible in terms 3 and 4, and we are also working on new ways to connect the Southwell community in 2020.
One important way we can join together this year is by renewing our support for our local Southwell community businesses. To help, the SSA has now published the Southwell Community Business Directory. This online directory lists many of the businesses which are owned, operated or both by Southwell families, alumni, community members, supporters and sponsors.
If you would like to list your business in the Southwell Community Business Directory you can do so by emailing your details (including a good quality business card or logo image) to: ssa@southwell.school.nz
Also in the interests of bringing our community together, the SSA plans to hold its first online meeting of members later in Term 3 and we intend this will become a regular part of our meeting cycle going forward so that more
of our busy parents and community members can join. Watch for an invitation in your inbox soon.

WEDDINGS & FUNCTIONS AT

At Southwell we have a wide range of event spaces for weddings, corporate events, exhibitions and shows.
Our Auditorium, Great Hall, Dining Room and outdoor garden venues are all available to hire.
Our Old Boys and Girls also have the option to use our beautiful All Hallows Chapel.
