Most of our staff and students are in multiple teams within the Southwell environment and from these daily and seasonal experiences I witness, over time, great personal growth occurring. Many aspects of wisdom are only learnt through experience and by being in different teams we can learn aspects of the cultures of each and ultimately each understand how to best contribute to a team we are in and lead ourselves appropriately within it.
