O2023 GALA DINNER
n August 12, we welcomed 260 guests to Total funds raised brushed over $71,000.00 and we are the Southwell Great Hall for our bi-annual extremely grateful to our guests, prize Donors and Key Masquerade Gala Dinner. The Gala Organising Sponsors for making it all possible. As always, our goal
team worked tirelessly to create an opulent Venetian themed setting with guests enjoying bubbles, a delicious three course meal courtesy of the team at Kahurangi and fantastic entertainment from local band The Monroes.
Always a highlight, our Auction items did not disappoint and competition was lively, driven by our MC and Auctioneer Steve Davis who delicately extracted maximum results from our generous and occasionally unknowing bidders, who left the evening laden with incredible prizes including, two Heli-Experiences to Mudbrick on Waiheke Island, an Overnight Guided Hunt, A Digital Advertising Package, a Farmstay Weekend, a Huge Trampoline and not one but two Diamond Tennis Bracelets!
with school events is to create community and encourage and foster the friendships between parents past and present; we are all part of the Southwell Family. Coming together to create enhanced learning opportunities for our current and future generations is a joy and one that we hope will carry forward in the minds of those who benefit from the generosity of the current community, wherever they may end up in the years to come. We can’t wait for the next one!
