Southwell School Rewards and Recognition Year 0-3 Values Badge
The Year 0-3 Values Badge is given in recognition of a student displaying the Southwell School Values consistently, independently and over time.
At Southwell School our Values are:
Excellence, Integrity, Creativity , Respect, Resilience, Caring
Year 4-6 Achievement Badge
The Achievement Badge is available to all Year 4-6 students. Students must collect a minimum of 10 points across three of the following categories-Academic, Cultural, Service and Sport. There are no compulsory categories.
Year 7-8 Achievement Tie and Bar
The Achievement Tie is available to all Year 7-8 students. Students must collect a minimum of 10 points across all four categories-Academic, Cultural, Service and Sport. The Service Point is compulsory, because we consider service to the school an integral part of Southwell.
A student in Year 8 may qualify for Headmasters’ Discretion. Students will need to have 10 points or more. One of the points must be Service. Headmasters’ Discretion is available for Academic, Cultural and Sport points only.
An Achievement Bar is awarded to a student who gains 25 points (note – an Achievement Bar may only be awarded when children have points in all four categories.)
