      YEAR 0-2 SYNDICATE
What a crazy ride 2020 has presented us - a year like no other!
Our children have shown incredible resilience, as they have adapted to new experiences through remote learning, then taking it in their stride as they returned to school later on in the year! They are an amazing group of children, supported by their dedicated teachers and wonderfully supportive parents.
I would like to convey my thanks and appreciation to the outstanding teachers in the Junior School team, who have shown dedication, professionalism and inspiration. Even through the difculties and restrictions of Covid-19 teachers continued to provide children with a high standard of teaching.
On returning to school teachers have worked hard to reestablish successful and clear routines with their classes, which enabled children to continue learning in a safe environment. Amongst the uncertainties this year has presented us we have had many highlights.
• Our Camp Week... learning to become a team and challenging ourselves with new experiences.
• A superb Disco thoroughly enjoyed by Junior School Students.
• Book Week / Book Character Day
• Cross Country, Swimming and Athletics
competitions
• Founder's Day
• Many new students joining us in Terms 2,3 & 4 and becoming part of the Junior School family.
• A wonderful Nativity Production thoroughly enjoyed by the children as they prepared for, and presented, it.
A special thank you to all the parents, teacher aides and school colleagues who have supported and helped us in the Junior School this year. It is during times of the unknown that we most see our school values of caring, resilience, respect, creativity, integrity and excellence in action! It truly has been a year where we have watched family and teachers work together as one.
