TERM 1
Term 1 was my favorite because there were no problems and I had a lot of fun making new friends. I loved meeting my new teacher and seeing my friends again and learning new ways of learning. Meeting new people was one of the best highlights for me. I loved going to Maths and starting Art and Pottery was a new and cool experience.
Coming to school and swimming was refreshing. I enjoyed the summer sun and the crisp blue water. Term 1 was Number 1.

On the first day of Year 6, I walked into school nervously with thoughts like “What is my teacher going to be like?” and “Who would be in my class?”
I got to class and watched everyone rolling into the classroom like speedy hedgehogs. I saw Mr Bryan and thought “This is going to be a great year.”
Also I started my violin lessons. My violin teacher was sweet, enthusiastic and funny. Amazingly Term 1 shot by like a bullet.

TERM 2
Term 2 was an exciting term. Every moment was filled with something cool or fun.
At the start of the term we had tryouts for the Year 6 E-Pro8 team. I didn't make the team but it was still fun to have a go. I did all I could and made it into the football fixture team. We played Saint Kentigern. It was a tough game.
Term 2 was an exhilarating term, not a single monotonous moment throughout the term.

TERM 4
My favourite term was Term 4 because we started it off with an amazing camp with the most awesome activities. The food there was scrumptious!
Founder's Day was a blast, I loved watching the bands play all of the rock music and dancing my heart out for the Salisbury Line Dance. The cookies were delicious, so thank you kitchen!
Pantomime was an amazing experience and I just love acting.
Carol Services were tiring especially because I'm in the choir so I had to go to all of them, but the singing is beautiful.
Term 4 has been a blast! I am looking forward to the new year ahead where we can make more friends.

TERM 3
My Term 3 was full of adventures, from getting Covid to learning to deal with pressure in the Opera.
As I came back through the school gates after the chilled holidays, I knew there was a lot going on.
Opera, speeches, Cross Country and so much more. I’m generally known as a forgetful person, but I’m pretty sure I succeeded (on most things.) I dealt with the pressure,
making it an amazing term.

Term 3 was full of long days of practising which turned into weeks and months, but the next two weeks is when it all pays off.
I think you all know what I’m talking about, the stressful but so much fun - Opera. With school days finishing at 10.15pm everyone's energy was drained. Who knew it would end up with a whole audience, all members of the cast and crew with smiles on their faces! Opera has been the best experience I have had all year.
