CROSS SPORT
Cross Sport at Southwell enjoyed growing student numbers - 30 over winter and 70 in the summer terms on Jack's Paddock.
With a focus on constant physical movement, thinking, fun and a wide range of activities in every training, the sessions were stimulating and engaging. Smiles, fun, and enjoyment each Tuesday and Thursday afternoon made Cross Sport 2020 an enjoyable occasion for students and staff.
Sessions covered warm-up drills, stretching, aspects of tness, running, strength activities, small and large ball skill drills and games, and both personal challenge and team work.
